Division III - Lakes recap October 8, 2013
Inter-Lakes/Moultonborough Academy was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from third to first in Division III - Lakes. The Lakers defeated Fall Mountain 20-0 earlier in the week.
Gilford led the league in scoring this week after putting up 33 points on Farmington/Nute.
Newfound Regional's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bears feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jared Dearborn has thrown for 243 yards and 1 touchdown this season, while Devin Fields has 12 catches for 164 yards. Dearborn also leads the league in rushing with 454 yards.
A big matchup in Division III - Lakes this week will be when Newfound Regional takes on the Golden Eagles. The Bears are in third place, while Gilford is in second place.
