Colonial Christian hasn't had much luck against Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Colonial Christian Patriots are taking a road trip to challenge the Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart Cyclones at 4:00 p.m. Colonial Christian has given up an average of 18.8 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
Colonial Christian proved they can win big on Monday (they won by 12) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Hialeah Educational Academy 21-20.

Meanwhile, while it was Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart who put the first points on the board on Thursday, it was Ferguson who put up more. Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart fell just short of Ferguson by a score of 9-8.
Veronica Franzino was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances. The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Monday as neither team is afraid to steal. Colonial Christian has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.2 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart struggles in that department as they've been averaging 2.8 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Colonial Christian might still be hurting after the 16-1 defeat they got from Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart in their previous meeting back in February. Can Colonial Christian avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
