The Woodland Hills Wolverines were the 56-47 winner over the Fox Chapel Foxes when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Woodland Hills fell to Fox Chapel 49-44.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Fox Chapel to victory, but perhaps none more so than Caden Kaiser, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and five assists. Will Siegel was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
Woodland Hills has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Fox Chapel, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-6.
Woodland Hills will be playing in front of their home fans against Roosevelt at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. As for Fox Chapel, they will head out on the road to take on Shaler Area at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Shaler Area will be looking to keep their seven-game home win streak alive.
