The Dymally Challengers and the Banning Pilots squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the Dymally Challengers had to settle for second. Dymally took a serious blow against Banning, falling 49-6. Dymally's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
Among those leading the charge was Robert Guerrero, who rushed for 41 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 79 yards and a touchdown while completing 75% of his passes. Steven Perez was another key contributor, gaining 93 total yards and a touchdown.
Dymally's loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Banning, they have yet to lose a game at home this season, leaving them with a 7-6 record.
Dymally does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Banning will take on Crenshaw at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Crenshaw is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last six games.
