It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Union County Fightin' Tigers had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They blew past the Bulldogs, posting a 74-22 victory on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Union County has managed all season.
Thomas Williams was his usual excellent self, scoring 25 points along with five steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jayden Jenkins, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
Union County's victory bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Bell, their loss dropped their record down to 3-22.
