After two games on the road, Menominee is heading back home. They will take on The Benzie Central Huskies at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hopefully Menominee is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Benzie Central in Michigan (Menominee is ranked 127th, while Benzie Central is ranked 290th).
Menominee put the finishing touches on their sixth blowout victory of the season last Friday. They breezed by Bark River-Harris on the road to the tune of 44-14.
Meanwhile, Benzie Central unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak last Friday. They took a 29-25 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cheboygan.
Menominee's victory lifted them to 7-2 while Benzie Central's loss dropped them down to 5-4.
