Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Winthrop). They managed a 59-54 win over the Old Orchard Beach Seagulls on Saturday. That's more bragging rights for the Ramblers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory got Winthrop back to even at 3-3. As for Old Orchard Beach, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Winthrop will finish 2024 at home by hosting Hall-Dale at 6:30 p.m. on December 28th. Old Orchard Beach and Madison will round out the year against one another at at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
