Carrollton extended their winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Lauren Flowers. The Carrollton Hawks walked away with a 34-22 win over the Okawville Rockets on Tuesday for which the team can thank Flowers, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and ten boards. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Carrollton's points.
Okawville's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Caroline Tepe, who posted seven points and three steals.
