The Littlerock Lobos entered their tilt with the Highland Bulldogs with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Littlerock managed a 51-46 win over Highland on Friday. This was payback for Littlerock, who suffered a 45-35 loss the last time these two teams met.
William Young Jr. was his usual excellent self, scoring 26 points along with five rebounds and three steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Littlerock's points. Sean Morgan was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds.
Littlerock now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Highland, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-13.
Littlerock won't have much time to rest: their next game is against George Washington Prep at 5:35 p.m. on January 20th. As for Highland, they will head out on the road to challenge Antelope Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Antelope Valley is on a seven-game streak of home losses, Highland a five-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change.
