The Woodlan Warriors fell victim to the Heritage Patriots''s stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They were beaten by the Patriots 35-0. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Woodlan in their matchups with Heritage: they've now lost five in a row.
Among those leading the charge was Kobe Meyer, who rushed for 46 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 68 yards and a touchdown while completing 80% of his passes. Caleb Abbott got in on the action as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Woodlan's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Heritage, the win was the third in a row for they, bringing their record for this year to 9-1.
Woodlan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Heritage is also done with their season.
