The Milan Big Reds will head out on the road to face off against the Huron Chiefs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
Last Tuesday, Milan was beaten by Britton Deerfield 69-36. While losing is never fun, Milan can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 259th, while Britton Deerfield is ranked 21st).
Meanwhile, Huron earned a 52-44 win over Roosevelt on Tuesday. That 52-44 margin sets a new team best for Huron this season.
This is the second loss in a row for Milan and nudges their season record down to 3-3. As for Huron, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
Milan came up short against Huron in their previous meeting back in February, falling 64-54. Can Milan avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
