Buena Vista got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jackie Jurado out in front who scored 16 points along with six assists and five rebounds. Jurado hasn't dropped below two steals for 20 straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaden Jurado, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and four steals.
Buena Vista pushed their record up to 21-5 with that victory, which was their 13th straight at home. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 34.5 points. As for Grandfalls-Royalty, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-10.
Buena Vista will be playing in front of their home fans against the Panthers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grandfalls-Royalty, they will head out on the road to take on the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
