South County is 10-0 against Robinson since January of 2021, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The South County Stallions will be playing at home against the Robinson Rams at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully South County is not getting complacent considering they own a much higher rank in Virginia (they are ranked 81st, while Robinson is ranked 286th).
On Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, South County beat Woodson 58-54.
Meanwhile, Robinson's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their 14th straight defeat. The match between them and West Potomac wasn't particularly close, with Robinson falling 70-51. Robinson has struggled against West Potomac recently, as their match on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
South County has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Robinson, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-17.
South County was able to grind out a solid victory over Robinson in their previous matchup last Thursday, winning 61-52. Will South County repeat their success, or does Robinson have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
