Even if they lost, Greenway's defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks. Leading the way was Matthew Theall with two.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dysart). They had just enough and edged Paradise Honors out 50-48.
A big part of the win came down to the chemistry between Isaiah Roman and his top target Donovan Hinchey. Roman threw for 279 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.3 yards per attempt while Hinchey gained 171 total yards and three touchdowns. Avion Bailey also helped out as he racked up 113 receiving yards.
Dysart's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged three passes before it was all said and done. It was truly a group effort as Caden Braxton, Jevon Christmas, and Connor Stogner picked up one apiece. Christmas also set a new season high mark in rushing yards with 181. Another thorn in Paradise Honors' side was Noah Ramirez, who picked up a sack and made 20 total tackles.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Dysart was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 233 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 204 rushing yards in four consecutive matchups.
