When it comes to explaining why Guilford lost, one person who can't be blamed is Keira Reynolds. Despite the final result, she scored 18 points. That was a full 51.4% of Guilford's points, marking the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexa Kukta, who scored seven points along with six rebounds.
Fitch is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Guilford, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.
