The Ferris Yellowjackets will be playing at home against the Godley Wildcats at 6:15 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Ferris comes in on three and the Wildcats on nine.
Ferris posted their closest victory since November 30, 2023 on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Hillsboro 50-47.
Meanwhile, Godley scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They really took it to Life Waxahachie for the full four quarters, racking up a 79-27 victory at home. Godley has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 matchups by 20 points or more this season.
Ferris' victory bumped their record up to 14-15. As for Godley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 24-8 record this season.
