Cherryville dropped down to 4-3 on Tuesday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Lincoln Charter Eagles, falling 13-4. Jenna Anthony made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That triple was her first of the season.

Cherryville wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 15-6 win against Piedmont Community Charter on the 18th. As for Lincoln Charter, they will face off against Mountain Island Charter at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
