Dominic Ezeonye Turns in Season-Best Performance
Wilson was led to victory by Dominic Ezeonye, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Ezeonye rushed for 244 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.1 yards per carry. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in August of 2023. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 126 rushing yards dating back to last season.
The win was the sixth in a row for Wilson, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Wildcats challenges Ontario at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Rene Catarino posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He picked up a sack, forced a fumble, and made nine total tackles.
This season, Catarino has averaged 6.8 total tackles per game and for the season has 3 sacks.

Samuel Abajuo was a major factor in Ontario's win over Azusa on Friday. Abajuo was unstoppable, rushing for 131 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 85 yards.
Ontario's victory ended an eight-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Jaguars faces off against Wilson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

The second Nogales player making an appearance here is Orlando Zamora, and for good reason. He rushed for 103 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries, and also picked up 42 receiving yards. His longest rush was for an impressive 50 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
