The Palco Roosters can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak. They were completely in charge on Tuesday, breezing past the Heartland Christian Crusaders 49-18 at home. That 31-point margin sets a new team best for the Roosters on the season.
Senior Shaylee Benoit (18 points) was the top scorer for Palco.
Palco's win brought them up to 7-10. Heartland Christian still hasn't won a game and fell to 0-4.
Palco will square off against Golden Plains Friday. Palco fans better hope the squad plays one heck of a game as the odds are decidedly against them. As for Heartland Christian, they will face off against Christian Family Educators Friday. Christian Family Educators also suffered a recent defeat, falling 31-14 to Varsity Opponent on Saturday.
