The Dinwiddie Generals fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They really took it to Prince George for the full four quarters, racking up a 70-21 victory on the road. The result was nothing new for Dinwiddie, who have now won five contests by 28 points or more so far this season.
Raphael Tucker continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 330 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 18.3 yards per carry. Tucker's longest rush was for an incredible 91 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Mickiel Johnson, who gained 79 total yards and three touchdowns.
Dinwiddie's win was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 5-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.0 points per game. As for Prince George, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
Dinwiddie will square off against Meadowbrook at 7:00 p.m. on October 27th.
