The Jordan-Elbridge Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Clyde-Savannah Golden Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Clyde-Savannah took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Jordan-Elbridge, who comes in off a win.
Even though Jordan-Elbridge has not done well against Skaneateles recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. Jordan-Elbridge came out on top in a nail-biter against Skaneateles and snuck past 41-38.
Jordan-Elbridge can attribute much of their success to Abbie Ahern, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 16 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Ahern has scored at least 25% of Jordan-Elbridge's points. Ava Hildebrant was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with 6 assists and 6 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Clyde-Savannah's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight loss. They were dealt a 61-32 defeat at the hands of Williamson.
The win got Jordan-Elbridge back to even at 1-1. As for Clyde-Savannah, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
