Even though the Person Rockets scored an imposing 70 points on Friday, the Southern Alamance Patriots still came out on top. Southern Alamance walked away with a 77-70 victory over the Rockets. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Southern Alamance.
It was another big night for Chris Epps, who scored 35 points along with six rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Jordan Moore, who scored six points along with ten assists and seven rebounds.
Southern Alamance's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Person, they dropped their record down to 12-7 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Orange the next time they take the court. Person will host Orange at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Southern Alamance will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
