The biggest upset of the week belonged to Hickory Grove Christian, who took down 308th ranked First Assembly Christian, 12-7. Gerrel Patton ran for 107 yards and caught one passes for 14 yards in the win.
SouthLake Christian Academy extended the longest winning streak in NCISAA Carolina Piedmont this week by beating Asheville School, 55-13. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.
Geoff O'Donnell's team's dynamic duo of Randy Schroeder and Conner O'Donnell proved tough for the Blues to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Schroeder threw for 279 yards and two touchdowns and O'Donnell had 81 yards receiving. Caleb Hines helped SouthLake Christian Academy's passing attack out by catching three balls for 70 yards.
Charles Beale was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 184 yards on 20 carries as Christ School defeated Asheville School. Teammate Gabe deBeus added to the ground attack by rushing for 21 yards.
Kenny Bumgarner made the biggest impact on defense this week as SouthLake Christian Academy defeated the Blues. The 6-foot-2 senior forced one fumble and grabbed two sacks.
SouthLake Christian Academy's Schroeder and Hines have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Schroeder has thrown for 2002 yards this season, while Hines, a 5-foot-11 receiver, has 24 catches for 618 yards. Westminster Catawba Christian's Devante Jackson leads the league in rushing yards with 626.

The top two offenses in the league, the Greenies comes in having scored 236 this season, while SouthLake Christian Academy has scored 275. Christ School scored 44 points last week as it beat Cannon.
The Indians moved up to 209 from 379 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Westminster Catawba Christian climbed the ranks as a result of a 40-13 win over Forsyth Country Day.
