Barrett Cook posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Friday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and not a single walk). What's more, he gave up only zero walks, the fewest he's had since back in February.

Cook's strong effort led Lee-Scott Academy over Dadeville and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
