The Saints Academy School Lions scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They blew past Apopka Christian Academy, posting a 65-30 victory on the road. That 65-30 margin sets a new team best for Saints Academy School this season.
Saints Academy School's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Zikee McCallum, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds. That's the first time this season that McCallum scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of King Hill, who scored 14 points.
The win got Saints Academy School back to even at 3-3. As for Apopka Christian Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Saints Academy School's road trip will continue as they head out to face World Changers Christian Academy at 6:15 p.m. on December 19th. As for Apopka Christian Academy, they will square off against Innovation Montessori at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Innovation Montessori is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
