The Ravenna Ravens lost against the Norton Panthers back in October of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Ravenna ended up on the wrong side of a rough 39-16 walloping at the hands of Norton. Ravenna was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 32-0.
Norton got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Noah Willig out in front who picked up 106 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Thomas Hoffman did his part for the team as well, scoring a TD off of 42 receiving yards.
Ravenna's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Norton, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
Ravenna does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Norton will be playing at home against Revere at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Revere is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
