Diman RVT and South Shore Vo-Tech played the most hotly contested game in Mayflower - Large this week, with Diman RVT eventually emerging with a 20-16 victory.
Bristol-Plymouth RVT's dynamic duo of Colin McGrath and Yoseph Ali proved tough for Nantucket to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. McGrath threw for 134 yards and one touchdown and Ali had 67 yards receiving. Adam Mota helped Bristol-Plymouth RVT's passing attack out by catching two balls for 52 yards.
Demitrius Semedo was the most productive running back in the league this week. He ran for 162 yards on 17 carries as Southeastern RVT fell to the Whalers. Marco Lopes jr. also contributed to the rushing game with 23 yards on the ground.
Bristol-Plymouth RVT's McGrath and Ali have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. McGrath has thrown for 326 yards this season, while Ali, a 5-foot-8 receiver, has nine catches for 194 yards. The Hawks' Semedo leads the league in rushing yards with 683.
A big matchup in Mayflower - Large this week will be when Blue Hills RVT takes on Southeastern RVT. At the moment, the Warriors are in first, while Dan Tripp's team is in third.
The Bengals made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,450 from 12,867. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 20-16 victory over the Vikings last week.
