She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Kaylen Henry was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, Porter Ridge stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Cuthbertson with a sharp 61-36 win. Winning may never get old, but Porter Ridge sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Sun Valley's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-8. As for Porter Ridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.
Sun Valley came up short against Porter Ridge in their previous meeting back in February of 2023, falling 50-38. Thankfully for Sun Valley, J'yana Salton (who scored 24 points along with eight rebounds and two steals) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
