The New Philadelphia Quakers will head out on the road to challenge the Alliance Aviators at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: New Philadelphia has struggled recently with five defeats in a row, while the Aviators will arrive with three straight victories.
Last Thursday, New Philadelphia suffered a rough 66-43 loss at the hands of the Rams.
Even though Alliance has not done well against the Wildcats recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. Alliance came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 41-34.
New Philadelphia's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Alliance, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-13.
