Haskell won the last time they faced Porter and things went their way on Monday too. The Haymakers blew past the Pirates 9-1. Considering the Haymakers have won eight games by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
Brady Neal made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jaxon Drain, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and one triple.
