Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Alpine). They put the hurt on the Presidio Blue Devils with a sharp 20-1 victory on Friday. Considering the Bucks have won nine contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Alpine is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Presidio, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-11.

Alpine will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Tornillo at 4:00 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Presidio, they will host Da Vinci at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
