They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Jackson-Reed kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 22 hits. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their hit total in four consecutive matches.
Jackson-Reed is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.8 runs over those games. As for School Without Walls, they moved to 12-4 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak.
