Several Rattlers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Josiah Hollmon, who scored ten points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Donavan Riddick, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds.
Judson's victory bumped their record up to 19-12. As for San Marcos, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 21-12.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Judson will take on Steele at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Texas (Judson is ranked 134th, while Steele is ranked 130th). As for San Marcos, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against New Braunfels at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in New Braunfels' favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 13 matchups.
