While Red Lion has struggled on the road with six straight losses  dating back to last season, that wasn't the case  on Friday thanks to  Mason Platts. The Lions took down the Dallastown Wildcats 36-17  with plenty of help from  Platts, who threw for 249 yards and three  touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes, and also rushed for 56 yards and one  TD. His passing game has become a key predictor of Red Lion's success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 0-6 otherwise.
