The Savannah Classical Academy Spartans's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They suffered a tough 73-49 defeat at the hands of The Habersham School. Savannah Classical Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 50-9.
Hamilton Colley was the offensive standout of the contest as he scored 25 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Carter Britt, who scored 17 points.
Savannah Classical Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for The Habersham School, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Savannah Classical Academy will take on Colleton Prep Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Habersham School won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Trinity Christian at 6:30 p.m. on December 1st.
