In what's become a running theme this season, the Summit Classical Christian School Archers gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. They put the hurt on Quilcene with a sharp 67-46 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Summit Classical Christian School has posted since December 19, 2023.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Summit Classical Christian School to victory, but perhaps none more so than Trey Hodo, who scored 16 points along with seven assists and six steals. Hodo is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last nine games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Hyde, who scored 11 points along with six assists and six steals.
Summit Classical Christian School pushed their record up to 12-3 with that victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.0 points per game. As for Quilcene, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Summit Classical Christian School will take on Auburn Adventist at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Auburn Adventist has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Quilcene, they will be playing at home against Muckleshoot Tribal at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Muckleshoot Tribal's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 12 matches.
