Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Osbourn). They blew past the Gar-Field Red Wolves, posting a 56-27 victory. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their 21-point performance the contest before.

Despite the loss, Gar-Field still got an impressive performance from Icys Carroll, who posted 13 points and seven rebounds. That was a full 48.1% of Gar-Field's points, marking the 19th time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Logan Sherill, who had two points and four steals.

Osbourn's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-17. As for Gar-Field, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-18 record this season.

Osbourn wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 27-20 loss against Annandale on the 6th. As for Gar-Field, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 58-12 defeat against Potomac Senior on the 7th.
