Calvary Baptist Academy never let their opponents score on Monday. They put the hurt on the Quitman Wolverines with a sharp 10-0 victory. The Cavaliers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Cooper Holmes was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. What's more, he posted five strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one double and one RBI.

In other batting news, Calvary Baptist Academy got a massive performance out of Judson Funderburk, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. The dominant performance also gave Funderburk a new career-high in RBI (three). Brady Martinez also deserves some recognition as he launched his first home run of the season.
