Lennard is 0-10 against the Hawks since December of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Lennard Longhorns' road trip will continue as they head out to face the Armwood Hawks on February 5th. Lennard will be strutting in after a victory while the Hawks will be coming in after a loss.
Lennard scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They blew past Leto, posting a 62-19 victory on the road. That 43 point margin sets a new team best for Lennard this season.
Meanwhile, Armwood came up short against the Stingrays on Wednesday and fell 43-36.
Lennard's win bumped their record up to 6-13. As for Armwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-8.
Lennard suffered a grim 52-27 defeat to the Hawks in their previous meeting last Friday. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Armwood's Amaya Richardson, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds.
