The Columbia Christian Crusaders's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Columbia Christian has suffered since December 7, 2023.

Zumwalt scored 12 points along with seven assists and five rebounds, while Fields scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Zumwalt has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Gracy Martin, who scored nine points.

Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 18.0 points per game. As for Garrett Memorial Christian, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Columbia Christian will take on Cornerstone Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cornerstone Christian comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 23 points in their last seven games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse. As for Garrett Memorial Christian, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Arkansas Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on January 26th. Arkansas Christian Academy is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
