Liberty was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Talan Lamattina did his best to prevent it. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack, making ten total tackles (2.0 for loss), and defending a pass.

Dwayne Hemphill's big game helped extend Chowchilla's winning streak to eight on Friday. Cabrillo had no answer to Hemphill as he rushed for 78 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries. Hemphill didn't just play on offense: he also forced a fumble, made five total tackles (2.0 for loss), and defended a pass.
