New Mexico High School Basketball - Maxwell ripped by Cimarron
The Cimarron Rams basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Maxwell Bears to 32 in the Rams league triumph on Monday.
The Rams now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Des Moines for a A District 5 contest on Friday, February 11. Cimarron will battle a Demons team coming off a 68-38 league loss to Springer (Springer, NM). The Demons record now stands at 10-9.
The Bears (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Wagon Mound (Wagon Mound, NM). The Trojans enter the A District 5 contest with a 0-9 record. In their last contest, Wagon Mound was routed by Des Moines (Des Moines, NM), 66-30, in a league contest.
