The Clayton Yellowjackets topped the host Springer Red Devils basketball team by a final score of 76-68 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets face the Texico Wolverines (Texico, NM) in a 3A District 5 game, on Thursday, February 8. Clayton will attempt to move on its 11-11 season record. The Wolverines enter the game with a 22-0 record after their 78-37 league win over Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM).
