With the victory, Reserve upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Mountaineers travel to Magdalena (Magdalena, NM) to play the Steers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 10. The Steers come into the bout with a record of 8-0. Magdalena won 55-50 in their recent non-league bout against Ramah (Ramah, NM)

Next up, the Bears play the Corona Cardinals (Corona, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 8. Cloudcroft will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Cardinals come into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 65-17 non-league loss to Loving (Loving, NM).
