Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Las Cruces BULLDAWGS (Las Cruces, NM), 75-62 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Santa Fe upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Demons travel to Cathedral (El Paso, TX) to play the Fighting Irish in a non-league bout on Monday, December 28. The Fighting Irish go into the bout with a record of 10-8. Cathedral won 48-41 in their recent non-league bout against San Elizario (San Elizario, TX)

Next up, the BULLDAWGS play the Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 2. Las Cruces will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record.
