New Mexico High School Basketball - Melrose trounced by Logan
The Logan Longhorns routed the visiting Melrose Buffaloes basketball team by a final score of 65-35 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Longhorns face the Des Moines Demons (Des Moines, NM) in a non-league game, on Thursday, February 16. Logan will attempt to move on its 17-4 season record.
With the defeat, Melrose moves to 8-13 on the campaign. The Buffaloes host Fort Sumner (Fort Sumner, NM) to meet the Foxes in a 1A District 3 battle on Saturday, February 18.
