The Maxwell Bears basketball squad scored 60 points and restricted the host Ramah Mustangs to 41 in the Bears non-league win on Saturday.

Next, the Bears clash with the Cimarron Rams (Cimarron, NM) in a A District 5 test, on Thursday, February 12. Maxwell will attempt to upgrade on its 8-13 season record.

With the loss, Ramah falls to 1-20 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Navajo Pine (Navajo, NM) to play the Warriors in a 2A District 1 bout on Tuesday, February 10. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 8-13. Navajo Pine lost 58-41 in their recent league test against Hozho Academy (Gallup, NM)
