New Mexico High School Basketball - Springer trounces Wagon Mound
The Springer Devils (Springer, NM) basketball crushed the visiting Wagon Mound Trojans (Wagon Mound, NM), 75-52 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Devils (20-5) will now prepare for their test against Cimarron (Cimarron, NM). The Rams go into the 1A District 1 test with a 1-14 record. In their last test, Cimarron was trounced by Des Moines (Des Moines, NM), 93-56, in a league test.
The Trojans now own a 13-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maxwell for a B District 1 test on Friday, February 18.
