New Mexico High School Basketball - Springer knocks off Cimarron
In Saturday's league contest, the visiting Springer Red Devils basketball team scored a good 44-32 win over the Cimarron Rams.
The Red Devils (17-6) will now prepare for their contest against Raton (Raton, NM). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 4-19 record. In their last contest, Raton was topped by Clayton (Clayton, NM), 48-9, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Rams battle the Des Moines Demons (Des Moines, NM) in a A District 5 contest, on Monday, February 16. Cimarron will attempt to better on its 12-10 season record. The Demons come into the contest with a 13-9 record after their 58-38 league win over Maxwell (Maxwell, NM).
