The Santa Fe Demons walloped the visiting Clovis Wildcats football team by a score of 35-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Demons face the Highland Hornets (Albuquerque, NM) in a 5A District 1 challenge, on Friday, September 11. Santa Fe will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 37-12 non-league loss to West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM).

The Wildcats (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM). The Hawks enter the 6A District 2 challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Volcano Vista bounced La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM), 42-31, in a non-league challenge.
